SO good bakery is claimed as authentic Hong Kong bakery,
There is no doubt they sales Gai Mei Pao (or Cocktail bun).
Therefore I must try it.
Their texture is soft and moist, and the filling is sweeter side.
I was looking for something more saltier side...
I also bought Lao Po Ping (Wife biscuit), pastry skin is flaky and nice chewy texture of filling.
I quite like it! but too bad that my acid reflux reacted...=(
So Good Bakeryは香港のパン屋というだけあって、私の大好きな
カクテルバンを売っていました。
中のココナッツフィリングは少し甘めでした（よくあるココナッツパンよりは甘さ控えめです）。
もちろんラオポーピンもあり、こちらも購入してみました。
ほろほろのパイ生地にいい感じでもちっとした冬瓜餡がたっぷり入っていました。
行ったのは100AMのお店でしたが、もともとImperial Treasure Bakeryのあった場所ですね！
