I suddenly got Kaisendon craving after Banh Mi craving, therefore I wonder around Wisma Atria to choose which Kaisendon from eateries there.
Most attractive price was at SABAR.
Seems Saba (Mackerel specialty restaurant).
Their basic Kaisendon is from $10++ something...I went for it.
Kaisendon with shime saba (Marinated Saba) was pretty OK, but I now then realized that I think I prefer diced sashimi to sliced sashimi...

約$10でしめ鯖入り海鮮丼にありつけました。
私はどうもスライスよりもさいころ切りの具のほうがいいようだ、と今更ながら気づきました(汗)
ちょっとマグロが半解凍でした。
