I bought cake from neighborhood bakery for the very first time.
Its cream is very light, I was wondering what kind of cream they use whenever I had cakes from neighborhood bakeries, I think they use Italian meringue, that's why I feel the cream is much lighter than whipped cream.
It was really good for me to attend to cake class as I really understood common cake baking practice in Singapore =)
