He steam fish very well and cooks very well.
My most favourite among his cooking is vegetarian dish.
white wongbok, black fungus, glass noodle and mock meat (vegetarian meat, made from soy bean), cooked with Nam Yu (fermented bean curd).

右側のきくらげ、白菜、春雨とベジタリアンミート(大豆製品)をナムユーという味噌みたいなので炒め煮してる料理。
(ペラナカン料理のチャプチャイみたいな感じ)
