Carp Monaka (Monaka is a Japanese Traditional Dessert, usually sweet red bean paste sandwiched between puffed crisp Mochi rice cake)
This is so unique that shape is baseball!! I first time see such 3D shape! Typically is square or round shape.
Core of this Monaka was mochi rice cake, coated by not too sweet red bean paste.
Usually I can only eat 1 Monaka in one time as Monaka is very very sweet, but this Monaka is not too sweet, I could easily finish 2 or 3 in one shot.
Shiu-Bo also liked it, he was trying to find it for his colleague who is hard core fan of Hiroshima Carp (Hiroshima's pro baseball team).
