Black Forest, is the cake I probably never seen in Japan and I got to know about this in Singapore.
This cake is very common cake in many countries just like Singapore.
I will get cravings once in a blue moon and get a slice of it from Bengawan Solo.
I like the layers of kirsch (Not alcoholic one!), cream and sponge of mixed texture when I eat this cake.
日本で見かけたことがないけど、シンガポールやその他の国でショートケーキぐらい定番としてあるケーキ、Black Forest。
チョコレートスポンジにサワーチェリー入りクリームが挟まれていて、削りチョコと生クリームでデコレーションされているケーキです。
サワーチェリー（甘いです）とスポンジのしっとり感がとても好きで、時々無性に食べたくなります。
シンガポールで初めて食べたケーキがこれで、思い出深いケーキでもあります。
あぁ、書いてたら食べたくなった・・・。
