Singapore Government has announced that there will be "Circuit Breaker", to flight with COVID-19.
Similar to other countries' "lockdown" measure, only essential services such as wet market & supermarket, F&B establishments (Take away or delivery only), transport, Medical service...etc..are remain open.
Schools are home-based, most of work place will be closed or work from home.
Singaporeans and residents are as much as "Stay home".
The measure take effect from 7 April 2020 until 4 May 2020, unless otherwise extended.

And now people whomever go out, wear mask. This is to prevent spread to others in case if we are actually infected to the virus but asymptomatic.
