Kueh Salat cake is also one of it and it was available when I was in Singapore.
This is not first time McDonald's offer this cake but I didn't have chance to try it due to out of stock.
This time, I got chance to have it! Kueh Salat is light green coloured coconut milk layered with nicely steamed glutinous rice.
Cake was rather dry rice like uncooked Mochi and cake texture (of course...because it is cake!), however, it tasted kueh Salat.
It was good try, I hope McDonald's offer this kind of local flavour more!
シンガポールのマクドナルドは時々（最近は以前より頻繁になってきた気がします）、シンガポール限定のバーガーやスイーツなどを発売しています。
クエサラトケーキもそのうちの一つです。
前回の販売期間には売り切れで食べることができませんでした。
クエサラトは黄緑色のココナッツクリームといい感じに蒸しあがったもち米が重ねてあるクエでふと食べたくなる好物です。
今回のシンガポール一時帰国中にちょうど販売されていて、ついに食べることができました。
味は、もち米もケーキもパサパサでココナッツクリームは少しでした。
でも味は、クエサラトそのものでした。
シンガポール限定商品はもっともっと頑張って発売してほしいです！
