タイレーローケー(Tai Lei Loi Kei/大利来)のお店がセントポール天主堂近くにあったのでしう坊速攻で買いました。

According to Shiu-Bo, bread is pretty tough and salty, it was like eating french roaf (not baguette) and it wasn't match with Pork Chop. He was so much disappointed after trying it.
Perhaps because our first Pork Chop bun was in Hong Kong and bun was soft, slightly sweeter side and easy to eat with the pork chop.
So, the conclusion is that we prefer Hong Kong style than Macau style for the pork chop...lol
